On Wednesday, May 21st, 2014, the Middle School went to see the funny and musical play "Junie B. Jones's Top Secret Personal Beeswax" at the Town Hall Theater in midtown Manhattan.
After the play, the students and staff walked over to Bryant Park to have lunch on the grass. At the park we met some friendly jugglers, who very kindly shared their juggling items with us; the video above is a short clip of the fun we had juggling and just hanging out on a nice Spring day! After CCA's high schoolers performed a wonderful May 2014 production of The Wizard of Oz, they then treated us to lunch at their school. Here's some photos from the continued fun times, courtesy of CCA!
Elizabeth, Ella, Eric, Ethan, Josh, Matthew and Max, the students of the middle school Rainforest class, wrote and illustrated their own poems modeled after "The Itsy Bitsy Spider!"
Watch our Kindergarten students perform "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" and "Hot Cross Buns" live at Town Meeting!
At CCGS's Town Meeting on Friday, May 9th, 2014, several of the middle school Tundra students presented a fairy tale of their own creation, that they wrote with the guidance of Speech Therapist Alexa Schuessler.
Check out their story in the video above!
Look, up in the video! It's 2 cohorts, it's Savannah and Woodlands, it's them visiting the DC Comics headquarters!
